• Drive down Palm drive towards the Stanford Oval
• Park anywhere around the Oval, and walk towards the buildings
• With the Oval behind you, Jordan hall is visible (in block letters) slightly to your right (2 o'clock)
• Towards the far end of Jordan hall, there are a set of stairs going down to the basement level (likely with balloons marking the spot)
• Using that entrance into the building, walk straight ahead and the conference hall is to your left before the courtyard

The Free Conference call numbers are for calling in within the US. In general, Session 1 refers to the main conference hall session and would be the one to call in to when there is a single session going. Where there are parallel sessions, we will use one call number for each session. Please check the website for updates. Also, if one number does not work, do try the other one.
The Sabsebolo numbers (for conferencing in India) are intended more to be able to handle more callers since each number allows a limited # (10). We will try to use the first number first and add the second line if there are more callers. Again this is all subject to last minute changes so please check the website or try the second number if the first one doesn't work.

We use teamviewer to share the slides / presentations as it is being presented to indicate to callers-in which slide etc. we are talking about. We are not sure if the bandwidth will permit this to be used effectively, but we will try it.
