Team Asha Marathon Program - 2011: Team Asha is a premier endurance sports program that trains people for half and full marathons. Team Asha gives one the chance to discover not only the magical benefits of running but also the supreme joy of affecting the life of a child with every progressive step. Our objective is to provide every runner with the means to change their own lives and the lives of countless children, for the better. Our six- month training program mixes running and cross-training with social activities and a lot of fun. Our expert coaches and involved mentors add a personal touch to the training and help you with not just running a marathon but leading a healthy lifestyle as well. Learn more about the program here.

Asha-20 Conference: The Asha conference for 2011 will be held during the Memorial day weekend from May 28-30. This year's conference will be held in the San Francisco Bay Area and will be jointly hosted by Berkeley, San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Stanford Asha chapters. It has been 20 years since the inception of Asha for Education, right here in Berkeley, and it is indeed an honor to have it brought back here in commemoration.

Spring Run 2011: After a successful debut in 2007, Asha Silicon Valley is organizing for the fifth consecutive year, a Spring Run/Walk & Carnival which launches the marathon program for the year. Team Asha is one of the premier endurance sports training programs in the United States. It provides personalized coaching, motivation and support for individuals with a life goal to run or walk an official marathon or half marathon.
