Field Trip to Vellur, Dec 2004
Students from CDDP went on a trip to the city of Vellur during 2004. The trip took the children to the Fort at Vellur which is more than 500 years old. It houses a museum, the Jalakandeswar temple and has become a local tourist spot. The attractions also include parks and a cool boat ride across the moat that surrounds the Fort.
