Project Coordinator I

  1. Upon Initial Funding Request, Contact Project indicating that they are now under review. Disburse funding timeline and names of stewards to project who will thence be their Asha Stanford liaisons.

  2. Appoint Primary & Secondary Project Stewards and Disburse Stewardship Guidelines.

  3. Set Projects Meeting Agenda - Schedule initial project presentations, 5-month follow-ups and 1-year renewals (lists of the latter two being forwarded by Projects Coordinator II). Make certain to disburse initial presentation powerpoint templates at least 2-3 weeks prior to meeting.

  4. Preside over Projects Meeting. Refer to General Agenda Document.

  5. Upon Funding Approval, Disburse You're Funded, Now What? Document to affected primary and secondary stewards.

  6. Arrange Fund Disbursement with Treasurer

  7. Collate/Develop/Maintain Project Docs by Generating Project Websites with primary stewards.

Project Coordinator II

  1. Maintain Master Projects List.

  2. Generate List of Projects for 5-Month Follow-Ups and 1-Year Renewals and forward to Projects Coordinator I along with names of stewards for inclusion in next Projects Meeting Agenda at least 2-3 weeks prior to next meeting.

  3. Contact Primary and Secondary Stewards with List of 5-Month Follow-Ups and 1-Year Renewals coming up at the next projects meeting at least 2-3 weeks prior to the meeting. Disburse 5-month follow-up or renewal powerpoint templates as relevant.
