Minutes
- Next meeting to be held just after the run in Bread Co., Sunday- 9:30 am.
- Malvika and Radha will meet on 19th Dec and prepare a list of people to meet and prepare a draft letter.
- BES- Radha and Sundari (knowing about the projects- champion of the project), SEED and Kedi projects need to be taken care off. Update the project website. Payments of projects are done twice in a year.
- Prepare e- news letter telling about the all the events done in the previous year.
- Newsletter and Complementary calendars can be rolled out by the end of the year. (Uma needs to find of the address of the donors). Deadline for rolling this out is 12th Dec.
- Donor dinner has to be moved to next year.
- Dance masti to be held on 22nd Jan. All members have to email top 20 songs.
- All Asha St. Louis members have decided to accept the BES (Bhartriyar Education Society) project this year.
- Sundari will lead the ART FOR Asha and there will be 5-6 more people to help out for the event.The timing for the event is 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm on 12th Dec. Running presentation for Asha for the parents.
- Kushagra to print Asha informational flyers with donation slip, and link to website. How Asha works, Seema newsletter’s 1 page etc.
