Minutes from the Asha Meeting - March 08, 2002

Attendees: Natarajan, Radha, Neelakshi, Uma, Sonia, Veronica, Anand

Points discussed:

Meeting attendance

* People who cannot come to the Friday meeting have to inform the group or the chair.

* If people are not present for three consecutive meetings without informing their absence , they will be removed from the corelist serve.

* It is the responsibility of the chair to compile who has informed and who has not informed about their absence for the meeting.

* The minute taker will record the above information.

Asha Akshar: Radha and Maya will work on having a Asha Akshar week or month to promote this idea throughout the Asha network in the US.

Basant related:

South Asia centre has agreed to take some of the marketing cost and give monetary support.

On the final audition we will have for the event, we will also have 'the change for change' drive

The order for ticket printing has been placed . 350 tickets, sale will begin from MArch 18, box office.
