I wll list the task assigned to individual members, for sake of clarity.

Food table- Kanchan, Veronica, Nataraj and Shanmuga
Main door- Nitika and Vikas
Music- Radha and Shanmuga
Stage preps- Namoos, Sejal and Nikhil
Camera- Pradeep
Video- (if Handycam available) Haripriya
Asha booth- Jagdeep and Nataraj

(If people not present at yesterday's meeting want to take up any of the tasks assigned, contact Sejal or me).

THINGS NEEDED-

Buzzers, bells, horns- Nitika and Veronica will check for more.
Plates and cups- Nikhil to check with Schine catering
Chadars and mattresses- Jagdeep, and others
Chunris- Radha (?)
Prize for Antakshari- Radha
Audio system- Nikhil to check with Schine folks

TASKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN

Radha- Talk to Rajiv about Antakshari
Radha, Namoos and Sejal- MC script
Nikhil- Talk to controller about tickets at the Box office; and to the caterer about having more snacks
Nikhil- Talk to Anthony on equipment
Nitika and Sucharita- 'Change for Change'
Radha, Sejal and others- Medley

This is how the Mehfil will be:
7:30 p.m- People start arriving

8:00 p.m- Begin the program

8:00-8:45- Shaiyree, Ghazals, Medley (of 5 Lata Mangeshkar songs)

8:45-9:00- Food to be personally handed over by Asha volunteers (in order to prevent over crowding at the table and delay thereof)
10 gallons of fruit punch and 400 pieces of snacks (Aloo tikki and Samosa)

9:00 - 10:30 p.m- Antakshari (It was decided yesterday to conduct the preliminary round on THAT day to generate crowd interest. Radha will discuss the details with Rajiv).

10:30-11:30 p.m- Open the floor for dance

11:30 p.m- End of show
