At the meeting the following were decided/concluded:

* Kabir, upon getting sufficient information regarding the movie to be
screened, will send a mail before tomorrow night to the Indians and other
Listservs. Details about penny box gathering will be mentioned and a special
note about the prizes for top collectors will be added. (Prizes for dollar
amount collected will be as follows: $25 - T-Shirt, $30 - Escort(!?) trips
to the mall, $35 - Movie tickets, $40 - Massage by a reputed East Coast
masseur, $50 - 3 course home cooked meal.)

* Natarajan to ensure that one room in the Hall of Languages is booked for
Friday's movie.

* Penny-Box Gathering: ***Priority Issue*** (Please do this A.S.A.P. or at
least before Thursday afternoon)
- Natarajan to collect from Radhika Kanchana and Nandini Sengupta.
- Radha to collect from Sejal Patel
- Kabir and Maya to seize it from the elusive Paras Chaudhry
- Maya to collect the box from fellow NewHouse folks

* T-Shirts are here (and they had a pretty good reception.) Members can
check them from Radha and buy it for themselves or talk their friends into
buying it. They are priced @ $15/- per piece. Less than 25 pieces (and this
is not a sales gimmick) in Black/White colour Medium/Large/Extra-Large are
available. If members and their friends are not willing, the remaining will
be sold to the public at large for $12/- per piece.

* Information brochure reg. Asha-Syracuse must be made available by Dec. 6,
to be presented to Jerry on his B'day. Jerry and Natarajan to intensify
their efforts in this.

* Veronica and Natarajan to ensure that approval/disapproval letters be
mailed by Friday. Wire transfer of funds must be done by that day itself.
Receipts need to be stored and asha-core must be informed of the same.

* Natarajan to upload Asha Letterhead templates to ashasyr@yahoo website.

* Natarajan to ensure that the 'Change for Change' powerpoint file is
uploaded to ashasyr@yahoo website. Radha will figure out the whereabouts of
the powerpoint file itself.

* Receipts for Ashwin J. and Abha Patel have been mailed. A photocopy of the
receipt has been retained for Asha's records. Natarajan will update the
Excel sheet detailing the donations onto the ashasyr@yahoo website.
