1) Movie cannot be held this semester as the Yashraj deal fell through. Asha is conducting talks with Eros communications on sourcing movies from them.

2) Nat, Shanmugham and Radha have been working very hard on getting the boxes out to the relevant folks. Most of this has been completed. Some penny boxes still have to be covered. I take it that they will be covered at the next Asha meeting.
(THE TIME HAS TO BE CONFIRMED SO THAT THERE IS NO CONFUSION THIS TIME).

3)Radha will get to the banner project at the end of the month.

4) Chandravel (Mr. Try) will have a project proposal ready by 10/15.

5) Radha's sister will also have a report on Ananya by 10/15.

6) The Agenda for next meeting.

1. Penny boxes to the community. Update on the database project
2. Project funding. The project subcommittee will present its findings.
