Soon after the Tsunami hit and the relief work began, three things became obvious: a) it would take years for the communities to re-build, b) almost everyone involved with relief will be gone in three months, and c) livelihood options will be one of the most neglected area by most.
As soon as Asha volunteers from the Asha Honor focus group realized this, the Asha Honor Academy framework was developed.
