Sambar Asha for Education - UC
Team-Asha-UC's fourth year was a great success
with 21 runners participating in Chicago Distance Classic half marathon
(August 12, 2007) and La Salle Bank Chicago marathon (October 07,
2007). Volunteer runners (most of them first time runners) trained
through hot and humid summer last year and braved chilly winds of
Chicago to raise funds to educate underprivileged children in India.
We thank our donors for their support and help in achieving this
feat. We will soon start our training program for year 2008. Please
