There are a number of ways by which you can help this cause and become a part of this action group. Here are a few ways to participate:

1. Join the Mailing List. To join our mailing list (asha-uc@listserv.uiuc.edu) send an email to Vinay Natrajan or Aravind Alwan. This will help you to stay informed about upcoming events, projects being funded and interesting articles that are pertinent to education.
   
   
2. Attend a meeting. Asha-UC holds General and Projects Group meetings at the Asian American Cultural Center (corner of Mathews and Nevada). We usually meet every Sunday, with the General meeting at 4:00pm and Projects Group meeting at 5:00pm. Meeting schedule reminders are sent to the above mailing list.
   
   
3. Become a volunteer. To facilitate better coordination, Asha-UC is divided into various focus groups, that have specific agendas. Take a look at these focus groups / contact persons. If you're interested in being part of one or more of these groups, please send us an email.
   
   
4. Make a donation. No contribution is too big or too small. Please make your check payable to Asha-Urbana-Champaign and mail it to:
