Project History and Mission

SACSAS Academy is dedicated to socio-economic change in Manipur. In pursuit of this goal, SACSAS focuses on basic education in the belief that education is a critical requisite for socio-economic change. It primarily aims at providing quality education to those underprivileged and downtrodden kids in the remote/far flung villages in Manipur where there is no formal education system. It also nurtures such small children (upto the age of 8) to have the habit of going to school so that they will implore their parents to send them to school once they come out of SACSAS Academy.
