Registration is $10 prior to June 10, 2007 and $15 on the day of the run (June 10, 2007).

General Waiver & Release (please read carefully):

Please note that this is a rain-or-shine event and hence non-refundable in the event of delays or cancellation. All proceeds will benefit the education of underprivileged children in India.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and attest to all the following:
1. You are aware that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity and are participating of your own free will.
2. You will not enter and run or walk unless you are medically able and properly trained to do so and hereby release Asha for Education, the City of New Haven, New Haven Police Department, all personnel, volunteers and co- sponsoring company(ies), agency(ies) and organizations involved from responsibility for any injury or damages that you may suffer as a result of your participation in the 3rd Annual 5K Run/Walk for Education.
3. You grant permission to all foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
4. You are aware that dogs, bicycles, extra-wide tow trucks and in-line skates are not allowed for the duration of the Run/Walk.

This event will occur rain or shine. We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances, in which event there will be no refunds, rather your entry fee will be used as a donation to Asha for Education.
